Joe has partnered with the world's leading entertainment, media and sports brands & agencies, such as Universal Studios, MTV, HBO, Apple, Sony, IPG, BMI & CBGB.

 

Joe is the Chair of the Music & Theater Arts Department at Monmouth University where he has redesigned the Music Business & Entertainment program and launched Blue Hawk Records.

Joe is also a Marketing & Strategy Consultant for music, media, entertainmentand consumer brands. He built and headed Integrated Consumer Marketing departments at both Universal Music and Warner Music Group where he successfully introduced and created Direct-To-Consumer Marketing / CRM strategies, campaigns and platforms. He also founded and ran a D2C/CRM Marketing Agency and Social Research Agency. Joe also directed all digital marketing for a video game start-up partnered with Def Jam Enterprises.

Joe has directed some of the highest profile strategic initiatives across categories, and worked closely with top talent, such as Madonna, Green Day, Michael Jackson, U2, Bruce Springsteen & Sting. He has partnered with the world's leading entertainment, media and sports brands & agencies, such as Universal Studios, MTV, HBO, Apple, Sony, IPG, BMI & CBGB.

Joe has entrepreneurial corporate, agency, & client-side experience as well as trusted & longstanding relationships across media, sports & entertainment brands.

Joe holds an MBA with concentrations in Management and Marketing. Joe's work has been recognized by the Direct Marketing Association who honored him with two top ECHO Awards and has won honors by AdAge for innovative campaign design and results. Case studies of his work are also highlighted in The Customer Loyalty Solution by direct marketing pioneer, Arthur Hughes.

Joe is also a performing songwriter & producer. He has released three studio CD's, and produced dozens more including a film soundtrack. Joe collaborates with top writers & artists in NYC & Nashville, and continues to perform locally & abroad.
