Joe is the chair of the music and theater department and director of the music industry program at Monmouth University.  Joe is also a performing songwriter and speaker.


Joe Rapolla has released three studio CD's and a film soundtrack, collaborates with top writers and artists in NYC and Nashville, and continues to perform internationally.


Joe has earned multiple Gold Records for his work. He is also a songwriter, musician and producer.



Joe Rapolla is the Chair of the Music & Theater Arts Department and Music Industry Program Director ( at Monmouth University in New Jersey.

Joe has played every noteworthy venue in the northeast, in the US and in Europe and has shared the stage and worked with some of the biggest acts in music.  Joe just finished up a successful summer 2016 tour and is currently working on new music to be released later this year.

With his guitar, Joe will discuss how these changes have reshaped the way we create, discover, and listen to music.
